1. Bust: Place the tape measure across the highest point of your bust and around your back to make a complete circle.
2. Waist: Place the tape measure above the umbilical 4-5cm, usually the smallest waist at elbow level. Measure tightly.
3. Hip: Place the tape measure across the highest point of your hip and around your front to make a complete circle.
